About
Film has been Vaughn Battista’s passion throughout his life, from when he made amateur movie reviews on YouTube at 13 to writing and directing short films over the next 8 years. Vaughn is involved in every step of the production process, but he most enjoys writing scripts and directing actors. His films have been screened and won awards at regional, national, and international film festivals. Vaughn has worked as a production intern at Gigantic Pictures and Maven Screen Media, and he regularly leads freelance commercial projects for private companies, nonprofits, and personal clients. He recently graduated from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University with a degree in filmmaking. When he’s not making films, you can find him cooking, playing piano, and obsessively logging films on Letterboxd.
